Return Policy
Our goal is to be sure our customer is completely satisfied. We will cheerfully accept a return within 14 days of the original purchase. All returns MUST include original sales receipt and packing slip and merchandise must be in saleable condition. NO CASH REFUND. Merchandise credit will be issued for the amount of the product (excluding shipping charges).
Gift return will be issued a merchandise credit.
We regretfully advise custom or special orders, furniture, personalized items, monogrammed items, and sale items are NOT RETURNABLE.
